MenuBaton Affiliate Program

You can use our Affiliate Program to recommend MenuBaton and earn commissions.

After you register a MenuBaton restaurant account, you get a personal promo code. When anyone else registers a MenuBaton account using your promo code, you earn commission on every payment they make.

You do not need an active MenuBaton service to earn commissions. You only need a registered account to get your promo code — as long as your referred restaurants use MenuBaton, you earn commissions.

1. Benefit

If a restaurant registers with your promo code, you earn a commission on every dollar it pays for the MenuBaton service. The referred restaurant also receives a once-off credit of $10 after it has paid more than $14.90.

Your initial commission rate is 10%. The rate is increased as you refer more and more restaurants.

2. Promo Code

2.1 Your Own Promo Code

Sign in to the Restaurant Portal and open the Promotion page from the left menu. Your own promo code is shown under "Your Promo Code", for example AIYLCX.

Please note: if you registered using someone else's promo code, that code is shown separately under "Applied Promo Code". Don't mistake the code you used for your own code — when you recommend MenuBaton, share the code from the "Your Promo Code" section.

Your promo code is generated automatically. If you would like a custom code (for example GOOGLEPROMO), Contact Us and we will set it up for you.

2.2 Use a Promo Code

Other restaurants can use your promo code in two ways:

1. Enter it in the Promo Code field of the registration form when creating their MenuBaton account.
2. Enter it on the Promotion page of the Restaurant Portal within 30 days after their account is created.

After 30 days from registration, a promo code can no longer be entered.

2.3 Check the Promo Code Is Applied

To verify a promo code was applied correctly, open the Promotion page in the Restaurant Portal. If the "Applied Promo Code" section shows the code, it was applied successfully, and the once-off credit will be granted automatically once the payment threshold is reached.

3. Register Link

Instead of typing the promo code manually, other restaurants can use your personal register link — the registration form opens with your promo code already filled in.

You can find and copy your register link on the Promotion page, next to your promo code. It looks like this:

4. Withdraw Commissions

Your earned commissions accumulate in a commission balance shown on the Promotion page. There are two ways to withdraw it:

• As credits — added to your MenuBaton credits balance and used automatically to offset your subscription billing. No minimum amount.
• As cash to PayPal — we transfer the money to your PayPal account. The minimum PayPal withdrawal is $50.

4.1 Withdraw as Credits

In the Withdraw Commission section of the Promotion page, select the type Credits, enter the amount, and click Withdraw. The amount is added to your credits balance immediately.

4.2 Withdraw as Cash (PayPal)

Select the type PayPal, enter your PayPal account and the amount (at least $50), and click Withdraw. Your request is recorded and we will transfer the money to your PayPal account soon. You can track the status in the Withdrawal History on the same page.
